Dealing with all the minor details, we ensure that the necessary measures be taken to maintain your property with the utmost care and privacy. You can rest assured that your property will be cared for year round, allowing you the freedom to enjoy your home as you please, with complete peace of mind.

Our services include but are not limited to the following:

• General property maintenance of interiors and exteriors. Services such as house cleaning, gardening, pool and general house maintenance.
• Assistance with the rental of your property; bookkeeping, advertising and guest reception for weekly, monthly and yearly rentals. As well as provide assistance to the guests during their stay.
• Expansion works, remodeling, interior décor, repairs and reconstructions.
• Additional administrative services like payment of property taxes, house insurance and utility installations for gas, electricity, telephone and Internet services.
