Villa Fata Morgana is an intriguing historical property in the breath-taking lush green hills South of Lucca, a mere 6 km from the city center. Towering 300 m above the level of the city, the property has a spectacular panorama of the famous fortress city.

The foundations of the beautiful historical villa were laid in the 12th century when it was a monastery. Sold to a famous noble family in the 18th century, the property was turned into a countryside villa. A private chapel was attached to one side of the building.
