As it is well known, institutions in the past took great care of their places of prayer, preserving the property’s charm and appeal over many years.

The estate consists of various buildings totaling about 1500sqm, surrounded by 14 hectares of land, mainly olive groves and pastureland, part of which is used for horse stables.

The main part of the property dates back to 1300, has a total surface area of about 470sqm, and is divided into various units that are currently used for agritourism purposes. It has been carefully and intentionally restored by the current owners who have maintained its authenticity by conserving and reviving original elements such as the terracotta floors, the ancient wooden beams and doors, stairs and details in pietra serena, and fireplaces.

A stone staircase leads to the first floor where we find the sleeping area, consisting of 4 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom.

Next to the main unit we find a first apartment with independent entrance, currently the owners’ residence, consisting of: living room-kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and an attic on the upper floor.

Along the left side of the farmhouse there is access to, the cellars which need some renovation, and to the three additional independent apartments, all equipped with living room with kitchenette, one bathroom and one bedroom.
