Breathe in culture and history from every corner of this property. Villa Antico Monastero is a charming residence that was restored from a historic Benedictine monastery. As it is well known, institutions in the past took great care of their places of prayer, preserving the property’s charm and appeal over many years.
The estate consists of various buildings totaling about 1500sqm, surrounded by 14 hectares of land, mainly olive groves and pastureland, part of which is used for horse stables.

A stone staircase leads to the first floor where we find the sleeping area, consisting of 4 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom.
Next to the main unit we find a first apartment with independent entrance, currently the owners’ residence, consisting of: living room-kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and an attic on the upper floor.
Along the left side of the farmhouse there is access to, the cellars which need some renovation, and to the three additional independent apartments, all equipped with living room with kitchenette, one bathroom and one bedroom.
Near the building there are a few other structures that need some renovation work for which a recovery project has already been approved:
– The Pigsty, currently used as a technical room and storage room
– Various warehouses
– La Tettoia, recently renovated and used as a shelter for agricultural tools
– The ancient Romanesque church dating back to 1200, completely to be restored, with a surface area of approximately 300 square meters
Continuing along the road that crosses the land of the property we find the area used as a riding school, equipped with everything necessary for breeding at least 10 horses.
Finally, we have the above-ground swimming pool, with a splendid panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.
