Organic Farm and winery spread over 110 hectares of land of which 11 Chianti Classico, 8 hectares of olive grove in production, arable land and woodland.
The living part of the estate consists of several buildings including a one of a kind villa built in colonial style that needs renovation.
The property is extended from the villa forming a rectangle like the original farms, there are several buildings including a active Agriturismo, the owner’s house and the wine cellars, offices and vinsanto room. The other buildings need to be restored.
Not far away there is another small group of houses which are also part of the farm.
The winery carries out its activity using the system of “integrated pest management” and produces four types of wine among the most interesting ones in the area: Chianti Classico, Chianti Classico Riserva, Bianco Colli DOCG , Vin Santo.
The management is carried out as a family business, at the moment only 20,000 bottles per year are produced. The potentiality is estimated between 70,000 and 100,000 bottles per year.
