Borgo In Chianti is a 15th century estate located a short distance from the famous town of Greve in Chianti and Florence. The magical hamlet is found on 8 hectares of land, made up of 1,9 hectares of newly planted vineyards, with Sangiovese, Merlot, and Petit Verdaux grapes, 2 hectares of olive groves with approximately 400 trees that produce fine extra virgin olive oil, and a breathtaking panoramic garden with a beautiful swimming pool (10 x 7 meters) surrounded by olive trees and adorning trees. The estate currently works as both an agricultural company producing wine and olive oil, as well as an agriturismo for tourist rentals.
The surface area of the estate measures approximately 1800 m2 – 19,375 ft2 and includes a total of 7 buildings.
Main Villa:
The main villa dates back to the 15th century which has been recently restored to perfect condition. The two-story villa measures approximately 550 m2 – 5,920 ft2, and includes pietra serena entranceways and various fireplaces also in pietra serena.
The ground floor is composed of a spacious entrance, a studio, a guest bathroom, a double living area, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry and laundry area.
